Altitude Cross Country Camp: Learn how to train smart and race smart!
For Boys and Girls Grades 8-12

The Nevada Wolf Pack Altitude Camp is a cross country training and teaching camp that will help you become a better athlete. Learn the basics of training theory, physiology, nutrition, race strategy and sports psychology. Training groups will consist of individuals who are of equal ability and fitness.

Eligibility
Camp is open to all young people entering grades 8-12 in Fall 2008.

Airport Transportation
For those traveling by air, transportation will be provided to and from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and the University.

Insurance
Please note: All campers must be covered by parents’ or guardians’ medical insurance before participating in camp activities. Prior to camp, participants will be sent a complete information packet with insurance verification forms.

Head Coach Kirk Elias has more than 30 years of coaching experience, 22 at the Division I level. He has worked at the Division I, II, III, high school and international levels, and is recognized as a coach who takes the time to develop and teach student-athletes.
