Redfield Campus
Located between Reno
and Carson City, Nevada, just west of the intersection of U.S. 395 and Mt.
Rose Highway, the Redfield Campus is a partnership of the University
of Nevada, Reno, Truckee Meadows Community College and the private sector,
designed to provide higher education and promote economic diversification along
the U.S. 395 corridor.
The Redfield Campus offers new programs, complements existing ones and
enhances educational partnerships in northwestern Nevada. In doing so, it
emphasizes new and innovative programs that are currently unavailable
or underdeveloped, new and existing programs at multiple sites
and programs that emphasize career development. The
campus is a bridge to the community, providing quality lifelong learning
opportunities in an accessible and welcoming environment.
