Supervisory Management Courses and Certificate Program
Gain the tools essential to effectively supervise, direct and manage your workforce through this series of in-depth courses designed for supervisors at all levels — novice, veteran or aspiring. The keys to professional advancement will be at your fingertips when you get the training you need to successfully motivate, lead, think creatively and see the big picture. By sharing experiences and role-playing, you will also have an opportunity to examine the strategies and philosophies that work for your peers.
The following courses may be taken independently, applied as core requirements to the Supervisory Management certificate, or applied as electives to certificate programs in Public or Human Resources Management. Formal admission to the University is not required.
NEW! Five-Core-Course Discount
Individuals who register for all five Supervisory Management core courses at the same time will receive a special discounted rate for each Supervisory Management core course as noted in course descriptions. Enrollment in and completion of all five courses is required to receive the discount rate.
Certificate Requirements
To earn a certificate, a student must successfully complete a total of 10 courses, consisting of five Supervisory Management core and any five professional development individual courses taken as electives. Upon completion of the 10 courses, a Certificate in Supervisory Management will be awarded.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance for continuing education and professional development may be available to eligible students enrolled in the University's Extended Studies courses.
