• 001 Immunizations required; call (775) 784-4046 for more information.
• 002 All students MUST arrive 30 minutes before class begins on the first day to complete the registration process and purchase course materials.
• 003 Available only for S/U (pass/fail) grading.
• 004 Students must have a bachelor’s degree to enroll in this course.
• 005 All students are responsible for obtaining their course textbooks. Ordering information will be sent after students preregister.
• 006 Students are required to have email addresses and access to the Internet.
• 007 Course materials will be sold on the first day of class.
• 008 The course Extended Syllabus will be sold at each site on the first day of class (price range: $5-15). Please do not purchase from the ASUN Bookstore on campus.
• 009 Site cancellations for this course begin Jan. 15. Please call to preregister and prepay now.
• 010 Students must attend all sessions on both days to successfully complete this course.
