EDE Course Materials
Among the features of EDE courses is the extra preparation by faculty in the
form of the Extended Syllabus. An Extended Syllabus includes information about
course requirements and policies. It also includes a course guide; copies of
overheads, handouts, and duplicated articles; and a study guide. The Extended
Syllabus will be available for purchase at each remote site during the first
day of class.

Important Notice for all EDE students and EL 791
Nevada School Law (Carson City and Reno) students — Please note the following procedure for students
in these courses to purchase textbooks: All students are responsible for ordering
and purchasing their textbooks. You will need textbooks on the first day of
class. After calling the university's Extended Studies office at (775)
784-4062 or 1-800-233-8928 to preregister for these courses, we will mail you
a list of required textbooks and some possible vendors.
NOTES: No published textbooks for the above courses will be available for purchase at the first class. For all EDE courses, the instructor's Extended Syllabus will be sold during registration at the first class (typical price range: $5-15).
