Lake Tahoe Music Camp (For musicians entering grades 6-12)

July 3-9, 2016

The University of Nevada, Reno's Lake Tahoe Music Camp provides a fun-filled week of music — rehearsals, concerts and clinics — and activities at Lake Tahoe. The overnight camp is co-directed by Amy Barthel and Dan Barthel, along with other exceptional music educators who are some of the finest in their fields. All musical skill levels in wind instrumental and percussion areas are welcome.

KIDS University – June 13-July 29, 2016!

KIDS URegister now through July 24! Each summer, Extended Studies presents KIDS University, a fun and educational day camp open to children entering grades 2-8, offered in seven weeklong sessions. Sessions are held on the University campus, and some include field trips. KIDS U features programs and activities to energize kids' minds and bodies. Full-day sessions run Monday-Friday, from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., with a lunch break followed by afternoon recreational activities. Spring Break Camps at the University of Nevada, RenoKids in grades 6-8 can choose from four themed weeklong camps, designed to incorporate the academic STEAM components — Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math — with a healthy dose of just plain FUN!
